Popcorn Cake

This is a special treat for all holidays. Enjoy!


1 stick butter or margarine
1 pound marshmallows
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 microwave bags of popped popcorn
1 16-ounce jar dry roasted peanuts
1 pound M&Ms candies


Melt butter, marshmallows and oil together. Stir and combine well. Pour hot mixture over popped popcorn and peanuts. Mix well also. Add M&Ms candies. Pack firmly into angel food or Bundt pan greased with butter. Wait 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan to plate. 

NOTE: Use Christmas M&Ms for Christmas, Valentine M&Ms for Valentines Day and Easter M&Ms for Easter
