Popcorn Cake

Here is a recipe for Popcorn Cake which uses gumdrops and is a favorite of many. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

4 quarts popped corn
1 pound small gumdrops
1/2 pound peanuts
1 stick butter
1/2 c. salad oil
1 pound marshmallows

Directions:

Grease a 9x13-inch cake pan. Mix popped corn with gumdrops and nuts. Melt oil, butter and marshmallows. When melted, pour over the popcorn mixture. Mix well. Press mixture firmly into the cake pan. Cover with foil to keep moist.
