My family loves this cake. It is a cool and very refreshing cake. I know others may have a different way of making
this, my mother does and it doesn’t taste like this! I also experiment and add flavored Cool Whip® and other puddings. Just let your imagination run with this one. Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 small can mandarin oranges with juice
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or test with a toothpick. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Topping…
Ingredients:
8 ounces Cool Whip®
1 box banana or coconut instant pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and spread over cake. Store in refrigerator.
