This cake is delicious, especially when let set overnight and eaten the
next day.
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
Topping...
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding mix
8-ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 9-ounce tub of Cool Whip®
1 large bag of shredded coconut
Directions:
Mix cake as directed on box,
add pineapple, bake in a 9x13 pan. Remove cake from oven and let
cool. Then mix vanilla pudding according to directions on box and add
cream cheese. Put on top of cake. Add Cool Whip®
and coconut mixed together and put on top of pudding and cream
cheese.
