German Apple Cake

Ingredients:

2 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. apples, peeled and chopped

Directions:

Beat eggs and oil until smooth. Add the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in apples. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
