Easy Cheesecake

This is especially great for working moms.

Ingredients:

1 large box of French vanilla or vanilla instant pudding
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened 
1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Directions:

Mix the pudding with 1/2 cup LESS milk than the directions that are on the box say to use.  Whip in the softened cream cheese.  Spread mixture into the graham cracker crust and chill 1 hour.  Top with your favorite pie filling if desired.  Serve and enjoy!


(I use 3/4 cup less milk in the pudding because we like it even thicker.)
