Coconut Rum Cake

On a trip to the Bahamas many years ago I came back with a small bottle of coconut rum and made up this cake recipe, everyone loved it.

Ingredients:

1 pkg. Yellow cake mix (and the ingredients it requires to make it)

Dollop of Coconut Rum

2/3 c. flaked coconut

Directions:

Follow the directions on the box to make the cake.  Add a dollop of Coconut Rum in place of a small amount of the water.  Bake as directed on the box.  Ice with your favorite white icing and sprinkle the top with flaked coconut.  Enjoy!
