Easy Chocolate Snack Cake

I received this recipe from a friend. Her mother used it all the time. It's so simple!!!! Also, not as heavy as the scratch cakes I've made in the past.

In 9x9-inch cake pan put:

1 1/2 c. flour

3 T. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
 
Mix together and make 3 wells in the flour mix. Then add:

6 T. oil (canola, cooking, olive)

1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ice or decorate after cooled!!!
