Easy Chocolate Snack Cake

Recipe Courtesy of www.CakeClubRecipes.comI received this recipe from a friend. Her mother used it all the time. It's so simple!!!! Also, not as heavy as the scratch cakes I've made in the past.In 9x9-inch cake pan put:
1 1/2 c. flour
3 T. cocoa1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 c. sugar1 tsp. saltMix together and make 3 wells in the flour mix. Then add:6 T. oil (canola, cooking, olive)
1 T. vinegar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. waterMix until all ingredients are incorporated. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ice or decorate after cooled!!!
