Momma’s Chocolate Éclair Cake

Ingredients:
1 box graham crackers
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
(French vanilla is the best, plain works too)
1 medium size container French Vanilla
Cool Whip®
1 big squeeze bottle Hershey’s®
chocolate syrup
Directions:
Make pudding according to box directions.
Line a long rectangular glass baking dish with graham crackers (bottom
only). In a large bowl,
completely blend together prepared instant pudding and Cool Whip®.
Spoon a few spoonfuls of the pudding mixture onto the crackers and
spread to cover completely. Add
more crackers on top and alternate until pudding mixture is gone (about 3
layers). End with graham crackers
on top and totally drench the crackers with the chocolate syrup, covering
every inch. Place in the
refrigerator until ready to serve. Cut
into squares and serve, delicious! It
is best if served cold.
