Bing Cherry Cake

My favorite word in a recipe is “easy” and it doesn’t get much easier than this. The cake is delicious too!


1 package Duncan Hines® white cake mix
2 16-ounce cans pitted bing cherries
1/4 pound melted butter
1 small package slivered almonds


Pour cherries with juice into an oblong pan or an 8x8-inch pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the cherries. Pour melted butter over the mixture. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
